Forms of Payment
Taylor Retina Center accepts many forms of payment including cash, check, money order as well as VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.
Co Pays - Co pays will be collected at the time of check in. Please be prepared.
Deductibles - Most insurance plans have deductibles that apply for surgical procedures. Please be prepared to pay your portion at the time that surgical services are rendered.
